Right knee injury sidelines George for 2-3 weeks.

After suffering a right knee sprain in the fourth quarter of LA's defeat to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday, 

Paul George will miss two to three weeks. George hyperextended his right knee while grabbing a rebound with

about five minutes left in the game.

He lay on the court for several minutes before being assisted off and leaving the arena on crutches.

George will miss two to three weeks and be re-evaluated after Wednesday's knee imaging.

George averages 23.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 5.1 assists this season.

The Clippers are fifth in the West (38-35), but the New Orleans Pelicans (35-37) are 12th in a crowded Western Conference, 2.5 games behind LA.
