Gwyneth Paltrow testified Wednesday in Utah about a 2016 ski accident.
At the Deer Valley Resort, retired optometrist Terry Sanderson sued Paltrow for $300,000.
A camera facing Paltrow and her lawyer violated court etiquette.
It was withdrawn and Paltrow's attorney Steve Owens noted that court regulations carry criminal penalties.
"I want it to stop," Owens said immediately after court began. "I prefer not to raise it. Please comply, photographer."

"I consider this a violation and have requested that the reporter be informed that it is interrupting our proceedings.
