As ET reported, Lisa Marie's ex, Michael Lockwood,
requested the court designate him as guardian ad litem to defend his twin daughters,
Harper Vivienne Ann Lockwood and Finley Aaron Love Lockwood, Riley's sisters.
The documents, obtained by ET, claim that "the minor is a beneficiary of a trust at issue before the probate court" and
"the child requires appointment of a guardian ad litem to protect her interests in the hearing."
