Jerry Jones left the possibility of Ezekiel Elliott joining the Cowboys open.

 The Cowboys released Ezekiel Elliott over two months ago. Club authorities still find it difficult to proclaim the event to be over.

When asked if this draft marked the end of Elliott's playing career in Dallas, owner Jerry Jones answered, "No, no, no, not at all." 

"That ship has not yet set sail. We haven't decided anything yet. Of course, we selected a running back, but he has a slightly different approach from Zeke.

was chosen by Dallas in the sixth round, igniting one of the most touching moments in the NFL on Saturday.

Chris Vaughn, Deuce's father, works as the team's associate director of college scouting. The 5-5 Vaughn, however, cannot take the place of Elliott's brutal style.
