After a disturbing experience, Amanda Bynes was psychiatrically held on Sunday.
The bipolar former Nickelodeon star waved down a car in Hollywood to warn the driver she was coming down from the episode,
TMZ reported. She called 911 for aid unclothed.
The star escaped injury, according to the site.
A mental health authority ordered a "5150 hold" for 36-year-old Bynes at a police station.
This three-day psychiatric hold is in a mental health facility. If the patient needs extra recovery time, the hold might be extended after 72 hours.
This episode occurred days before Bynes was released from a nine-year conservatorship (23rd March 2022).
Her mother Lynn Bynes was the conservator, but both her parents wanted her out.
