Scone Pizza Recipe

    Make pizza from scratch. You just need to make the dough, spread the toppings, and bake it!

    Ingredients of Scone Pizza

    • 225 Gram Flour

    • 2 TSP Baking powder

    • 1/2 TSP Bicarbonate of soda

    • 1 TSP Mustard powder

    • 50 GRAM Butter

    • 50 GRAM Cheese, grated

    • 50 Ml Milk

    • 50 Ml Curd

    • 1 Egg

    • 2 TBSP Onions, chopped

    • To taste Salt and pepper

    • For the topping:

    • Assorted vegetables

    • 2 TSP Oil

    • 100 GRAM Mozzarella cheese

    1 TSP Oregano


     1. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and mustard.

    2. Rub in the butter to form crumbs.

    3. Stir in the cheese, onions, curd, egg, and milk.

    4. Mix well to make a smooth dough.

    5. Pat out the dough into an 8-9″ roundel. Brush with oil.

    6. Arrange the assorted vegetables and cheese on top of the roundel.

    7. Drizzle a little oil and sprinkle chopped herbs.

    8. Bake at 220 degrees C for 15 minutes until the base is golden in color and the cheese has melted.

    9. Cut into wedges and serve hot
