Ingredients of Mini Mushroom Pizza
- 2 Pizza base
- 1 cup Cheese
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1 cup Sweet corn kernels
- For Pizza Sauce:
- 3 cups Tomato puree
- 2 tbsp Onions
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Place the pizza crust on the counter. Cut little circles out of it with a cookie cutter and add dimples with a fork. Place it in the oven and let it bake for five minutes.
2. Sauté the garlic and onion in a pan. Add salt, rosemary, and tomato puree. Cook the sauce until it is nicely thick. To slightly sweeten the sauce, sprinkle in some sugar.
3. Pizza bases should be toasted before adding sauce. Add grated cheese, sweet corn kernels, and mushrooms as garnish.
4. To get the cheese to melt, bake for 2 minutes in the oven.
